Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. This is why we make the return/exchange process very easy for you. 

We accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days after shipment is received. Items must be unworn and in sellable condition. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock availability. If specified exchange no longer available, an alternative or refund will be granted.  We do not offer exchanges for limited edition & clearance items.

Be sure to carefully select the right size by carefully following our size charts provided BEFORE you checkout.  General rule of thumb is to compare our size charts to the measurements of well fitting clothing you already own and choosing the closest size, up or down, depending on your fitment preference.

International orders will not be refunded for prolonged shipping as a result of Customs processing.  It constantly varies and is unavoidable.

 

Defective Item

In the event an item(s) is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s). We just ask that you pay the initial cost of shipping at the original time of purchase. Once we have received the item(s), depending on whether you choose to receive a refund or an exchange, you will be reimbursed for your item and any shipping costs. Or we will ship out your item(s) and you will be reimbursed for your item and any shipping costs.

Received a Wrong Item

In the event that you received a wrong item(s) we will send you a replacement. We just ask that you pay the initial cost of shipping at the original time of purchase. Once we have received the item(s) we will ship out the correct item(s) and you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs.

Missing item(s)

In the event that you are missing items in your order, once we are notified we will ship out the missing items within 3-5 business days; dependent on current stock. 

 

Return/Exchange Instructions

 Step One: Contact Us

  1. Please email CustomerService@GoForBroke.com with your order number as well as the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. If you wish to make an exchange, please provide the item description, size and color of the item you are returning as well as the item description, size and color of the item you are requesting in exchange.
  3. If you have received defective item(s), wrong item(s), or are missing item(s), please be sure to specify in your email to customer service. 
  4. We will reply back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a link to download our “Return/Exchange Form” for you to print, fill out and Include in the packaging back to us for a speedy and efficient exchange for you.
  5. Product(s) shipped back to us without the RMA number and a completed "Return/Exchange Form" will not be processed and not refunded.

 

Step Two: Your Item's Original Condition

  1. In order for your order to be eligible for return or exchange, your product(s) must be received in NEW condition (i.e. without any trace of being used or worn).  Also, please make sure you send back your item(s) in original packaging whenever possible.

 

Step Three: Your Shipping Box

  1. You can use your original shipping box/packaging you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  2. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  3. Pack the product you are returning into the box carefully and with proper packing material to prevent damage to the product and to prevent the box from crushing during transit.
  4. Visit your local Post Office, UPS Authorized Shipping Center, Fedex, to acquire postage for the box and/or packaging help.

Do not forget to include the completed “Return/Exchange Form” in the box with your product.

PLEASE DO NOT USE MAILBOXES OR DROP BOXES - you must drop off your return/exchange at a local Post Office, UPS Service Center, or Fedex. 

Once you drop off your return/exchange at your local Post Office, UPS, or Fedex please allow 5-7 business days (US Domestic Orders) and 1-3 weeks (International) for your return to reach our warehouse. 

    Refunds: Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

    Exchanges: Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your exchange will be issued within 1-2 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your exchange has been shipped and provide you with your new tracking number. Please note, exchange turn-around times are subject to change based on current stock; your exchange will ship out as soon as we receive stock.
